Is there a fee to apply?

There are no application or origination fees.

When should I apply?

Apply when you have decided to move forward with your procedure.

How long does it take to receive a response to my application?

Credit decisions are typically made instantly. For the rare exceptions where a little more time is needed, applicants receive a decision within hours or the next business day.

Who is eligible to apply?

Any adult having an elective procedure may apply. Parents or guardians of patients under the age of 18 are also eligible to apply.

If I apply and I am accepted, am I committed to your payment plan?

Absolutely not. There is no obligation associated with filling out an application. Once approved, you decide whether Springstone is right for you.

How do I apply?

Most customers prefer the speed and convenience of applying online 24/7. Most applicants get a decision within seconds.

You can also apply by calling 800-630-1663 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern time. And you can apply on-line anytime!

Do I need any special software to use Springstone?

No special software is required. Just a computer with access to the Internet and email plus Adobe Reader which is typically installed on most computers. You just need to check that you have a recent version meaning Adobe 6.0 or higher. If you have an earlier version, you can upgrade with an easy and free download from www.adobe.com. It’s a 5 minute process and we can walk you through it if you’d like.

If I have an existing loan, can I be approved for additional financing?    
Yes, please contact customer service at 800-630-1663 to see if you can be approved.  Please note that the minimum amount  is $2,000 and the maximum amount is $40,000.  When applying for additional financing, please keep in mind that rates and terms may vary depending on the amount financed and credit history.
